VML, a top advertising agency ranked No. 3 on Ad Age's 2018 Agency A-List, wanted to create an experience for incoming employees into the agency. In partnership with Moleskine®, a fabric rollcase and notebook were created alongside content that highlights company facts and values. In addition, a map and enamel pins would be provided for new employees at each VML office in North America. The kit's main purpose was to invite the new employee to begin their journey with the company seamlessly all while creating a memorable first day in the office. (click each image to expand)
